Aulani makes the ‘Muppets Most Wanted’ vacation destination

In the latest Muppets movie, “Muppets Most Wanted,” the group is headed to various destinations around the world. The Aulani resort in Hawai`i is their most wanted destination as seen in the above promotion.

Alaska Airlines adds self-tag baggage option

Beginning April 21, passengers on select Alaska Airlines destinations will have the option to print checked-luggage tags prior to arriving at the airport.

The new option will debut on flights between Seattle and San Diego and between Anchorage and Juneau, with plans to expand to other airports this summer.

During online check-in, the airline will give the option to eligible customers to print a checked-bag tag, which they can then place in a holder that affixes to their luggage.

Airlines warn of World Cup travel chaos

If you plan on heading to Brazil for the World Cup, you may want to get there a few days early as the airlines warn of overcrowded airports and flight delays.

“The problem is going to be that you’re not going to have a place to land the plane, so you’re going to spend three hours flying in circles,” said Brazilian German Efromovich, who controls Colombian airline Avianca.

“And then you fly to another city 300 km away and put the passengers on a bus and they arrive to the game after it’s over.”
